How the Process Works

- A private consultation — in person at our Mumbai salon, or virtually — to understand the piece, the occasion and the budget.
- Design and visualisation — sketches and detailed renderings, refined until the piece is right before any gold is worked.
- Sourcing — hand-selecting the uncut diamonds and gemstones, held to our Diamond Standards.
- Craftsmanship — the piece hand-made by master artisans using the traditional Jadau technique that underlies all genuine Kundan and Polki work.
